Privacy policy

What the app collects
Nothing. The app collects no personal data and no usage data.
What the app sends
Nothing of its own. The game's own code makes no network call. There is no analytics, no crash reporting service, no advertising and no account.
The app does carry the Internet permission. It is not there for the game. The Google Play Billing library declares it, and it is merged into the app because that library is included for the one purchase. Orbit Breaker's own code opens no connection with it.
The one purchase in the game goes through the Google Play app on the watch. Google Play handles the payment. Orbit Breaker never sees a card number, an address or a name. Google's privacy policy covers that part.
What the app stores on the watch
Settings, campaign progress, best scores, the run in progress, and one flag that records whether the full game was bought are written to one file in the app's private storage on the watch. Next to that flag the app keeps the Google Play order number of the purchase, so the unlock can be checked against Google Play if it is ever in doubt. It is not sent anywhere. No other app can read the file. It is removed when Orbit Breaker is uninstalled.
Settings, then Reset progress, clears records and the saved run and keeps settings. It keeps the purchase too, because a purchase is not progress.
The app allows Android backup for that one file, so that progress survives a watch reset or a move to another watch. The copy is made and held by Android under the watch owner's account, and Google's terms cover it. Orbit Breaker does not read or write the copy itself. Backup can be switched off in the watch system settings.
Permissions
The app asks for one permission of its own, VIBRATE, used for the haptics during play. Haptics can be switched off in Settings. The Google Play Billing library adds three more: a billing permission, the Internet permission and the network state permission. It uses them to reach the Google Play app on the same watch. There is no server of ours for anything to reach. All four are normal permissions granted at install, so no runtime permission prompt appears.
People under 13
The app is not aimed at people under 13. It collects no data from anyone of any age.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
